During your stay, we will change bed linen and towels every 7 days. We just ask that you let us know 1 day in advance if you would like to change them.

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability.
On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, we will send instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.
Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.
We have a maid who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

You will be staying just a few meters from the stunning Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, one of the most beautiful landmarks in the city. The neighborhood has an excellent infrastructure with all the local businesses you could need, such as pharmacies, markets, small shops and a variety of restaurants ranging from more economical options to the most sophisticated.
In the surrounding area, you will find excellent transportation options, such as taxis, Uber, buses and the subway, making it easy to get to any part of the city. From Santos Dumont Airport (SDU), it is about 20 minutes and from Galeão International Airport (GIG), approximately 50 minutes.
