Some of the staff at the reception was very ignorant which was not nice at all. Felt like they did not like their job at all. Breakfast was ok, just about what to expect of a middle class hotel. Breakfast room was to small and a very noisy place. Location was good. Had a room with a connecting door, one could hear the other guests very well which was a bit disturbing as they were a noisy loud speaking couple with a child.

Väldigt bra vistelse! Precis vid Copacabana stranden, rent hotell med bra frukost och pool på högsta våningen.

Bra läge!
Bra medelklass hotell, ligger i änden på Cobacabana mot Ipanema, tar ca. 10 minuter att gå dit. Kunde vara kö till frukost ibland samt i poolen var det lite grumligt vatten, trevlig personal. Var försiktig mot tjuvar på stranden, ha ej med något värdefullt.

From the warm welcome by Fabrizio Reis to the complimentary late departure, the staff couldnt have been nicer. The breakfast was super, the lounge area with its view and beach towels to use, we certainly got our monies worth. We were surprised the rooms were very small, but we were comfortable. If we get back to Rio, we will stay there again.

Had to take my own luggage to the front desk as no one was available to assist, had to wait for a bit as only one person at the front desk, was not offered a welcome drink and was told I would get a ticket later and never did, no offer to upgrade, pool very small, pool bar closes at 7 pm which is very early, beach across the hotel was dirty despite it being Copacabana. Would prefer to stay somewhere else in Rio next time.

The reception staff, housekeeper, and servers at breakfast were very customer focused, friendly, and welcoming. For an older building it is well maintained and has all amenities necessary to be comfortable. The location essentially at the juncture of two famous beaches is excellent.

Wonderful property with panoramic rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Nice breakfast is available for fee each morning. Very helpful staff. Walk across the street to the beach and also near restaurants and shopping. Great value.

Orla was incredibly safe, wonderful location with everything in walking distance to it. They give you a guide of tourist spots to check out and have been extremely helpful and professional duing my stay 10/10!

Orla and its staff are simply amazing. Our international flight landed in Rio early in the morning, so stopping at the hotel we figured we would have to wait until 3pm to check in. The staff found an empty room for us to temporarily stay in until our room was ready. I know that this probably was a unique situation but it shows how eager they are to serve you. Joseph the lobby bartender was very friendly and informative. He was able to give us suggestions and advice on destinations. Breakfast was a buffet of fruits, cheese, meat slices, eggs, bacon and multiple fresh squeezed juices. It is located sandwiched between two great neighborhoods making exploring easy. The room was cleaned daily, and the AC was able to get cooooold. Our favorite part of the room was the amazing shower head and water pressure, it was like being in a waterfall.

This hotel is nicely located in Copacabana but close to Arpoador and easy walk to Ipanema. The staff is great, welcoming and very helpfull. We had a problem with thanair conditioning unit and we were promptly moved and upgraded to a new room wich we greatly appreciated. The breakfast is great! Very clean but older furniture and and style

Fabulous location across the street from the Copacabana Beach and close to Copacabana Fort and a short walk to Ipanema Beach. The staff was excellent. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Fruit was plentiful. Especially loved the bowl of fresh fruit. Best I have seen at any hotel. Breakfast staff were attentive in greeting you at the entrance, handling out juice, pouring coffee and refilling the food. Other hotel staff were great too. The rooftop area had excellent views of the area. Highly recommend staying here.

We were only at Orla for our first night in Rio, but i would definitely recommend. It's clean, well located and the staff are very friendly. I would also suggest trying the buffet breakfast - it was great quality for the price!
