The area is quiet and remote, yet South Padre Island and Port Isabel are only about 40 minutes away, making it an easy and affordable base for families who want the water without island prices.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for your stay, as Arroyo City is a quiet waterfront community with attractions spread out along the bay. The lodge is about 40 minutes from South Padre Island and Port Isabel and roughly 35 minutes from Harlingen, where you will find the nearest airport, groceries, and dining. Parking is available on site.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors and other lodge guests.

• Pets are not permitted.

• The minimum age to rent is 25.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• The Casita is a single-room casita attached to a working sporting lodge. You may see other guests, fishing and hunting guides, cleaning crews, and maintenance staff on the property.

• A portable bed can be arranged for an additional guest on request.

• The lodge is on the water; please supervise children closely near the dock, pier, and deck.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.
