The area is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, yet conveniently located: within minutes you can reach the beaches of Ortano, Nisportino, Topinetti, and Bagnaia, as well as the lively towns of Porto Azzurro and Rio Marina. Shops, pharmacy, restaurants, and scenic hiking trails are all nearby.

We offer our guests discounted ferry rates, with 20–30% off on Moby and Toremar (we issue the ticket directly), or a discount code link to book independently, including with low-cost companies like Blunavy and Corsica Ferries.
We also offer discounted scooter and e-bike rentals to explore the island freely.

Welcome to Residenza Rio Elba, a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom with shower box, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and TV, and a foldaway double bed. Enjoy the air conditioning, private parking and a furnished terrace, perfect for dining al fresco or sipping an aperitif surrounded by greenery.

Important Notes:
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a surcharge of Euro 40.00.
- Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
- - Pets are allowed with an extra fee of 40 euro.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
