“I have stayed here before a concert at Concord Pavilion and it was fine. A lot of people stay for concert. This time there was no guide on the remote control. Anyways, I asked for help and they sent up maintenance guy who could do nothing? Basically, he said someone came in to program all the TVs and didn’t give them that function. I was just supposed scroll the channels manually without a guide. This might seem like nothing but it was certainly a feature I’ve enjoyed before so being without it...
“I thought it would be noise because it has a freeway on one side and a busy road on the other. It was amazingly quiet and I did not hear any traffic noise in the building. On the other side of the street is a shopping area with some really good restaurants.There is a Black Bear restaurant next door that had good service and food.”
