“This is a very old, but quaint property. The room was large and the en suite bathroom was also large. We arrived just after a snow storm. The village and surrounding area was beautiful. The house was almost as warm as te welcome and friendliness of Mario the owner. ”

“The property is very beautiful. The room was just as pictured and VERY clean. I believe it is family run and the people who run the B and B are very professional and friendly but also private (I barely saw them but they are always available for questions and advice). The breakfast offered is delicious and by far the best breakfast I have been offered in Italy. They are chestnut farmers and include a little chestnut treat (pancakes, muffins, honey etc.) There was fresh fruit!!! Yogurt, juice,...

“Truly charming place. Very elegantly re-done old town house. Not far from Modena, or bologna, but truly a great one day getaway from cities to break up a trip. 1 or 2 phenomenal restaurants. Close by. Very local. I’d for sure stay again. ”

“Saavuimme seikkailujen jälkeen vihdoin paikkaan Casiliano.Pieni kylä ,jossa ei nyt ollut kuin 30 asukasta ja me ainoat turistit.Kylän ainoa ravintola kiinni. (auki vain pe-la)Sesonkiajan ulkopuolella. Isäntä Giorgio todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Majoitus 1489 tehdyssä talossa oli kokemus. Isännällä hieno SPA ,jota sai käyttää. Kylä ja seutu erikoinen .Lähin isompi kylä 10 km:n päässä,jossa ravintoloita ja kauppoja.Jos haluat olla rauhassa ja luonnossa,niin tämä kohde on sinulle.”

“Stunning property with beautiful views. Very quiet area! House was very clean and the garden was beautiful . We did not have a car , but Diego helped us communicate with the local taxi service. Taxi took us into the town of Barga when we needed and picked us up ! Diego was also very quick to respond and willing to help out with anything we needed . Great experience. Thank you !”

“We loved to stay at casa terra. It is a beautiful house with everything that we needed. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch and warms the house also on rainy days. The house is placed in the mountains and in a cute small village with a lot of cats. In the valley we could find all we needed, supermarket and pharmacy e.g.. Lucca is a beautiful city but also visiting Florence, Siena, Pisa and Levorno was possible from our place. The hosts are wonderful people and asked whether we needed...
