“We enjoyed stepping back in time to admire the unique building style of the 1880's. The room was a little smaller than most hotels, except New York City, but was very comfortable. It was a very pleasant experience staying at the Athenaeum Hotel and very relaxing.
Also, the "Continental Breakfast" was way beyond the norm...excellent. There were plenty of choices and stocked very well. This was indeed an unexpected bonus.

“We had a wonderful stay at the White Inn when in town for a family reunion. The historic inn is newly renovated and has many elegant touches and a welcoming staff. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed, cozy sitting area, and clean, modern bathroom and shower. Our family also experienced a truly memorable dinner with first-class drinks and entrees in the formal dining room. We will remember this weekend with family for a long time, and we will return for sure.”
“This facility is very clean and has lots of thoughtful touches. the property is well maintained and in a quiet area, although only a few minutes off the highway. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with nice touches like coffee maker and microwave, good placement of outlets and lighting and very clean. A very nice touch is the use of refillable bath products - very environmentally thoughtful. Would highly recommend this...
