âGood apartments. But had to move after 1 night as apartment meant for us was already occupied. Then the refurbishment commenced - no advance warning, no apologies and chaos began with the lifts. 4 lifts went down to 2 lifts - yet again no warning of this. Not unusual to wait more than 10mins for a lift empty enough to get into. WiFi was also particularly weak - just 2 bars in the main and you had to log in every time you left the apartment- even when you went out onto the balcony.

âWhen I walked into lobby I didnât receive a welcoming feeling. Both people at front desk were busy scrolling on their phones. Finally one said hello but didnât offer to assist with the check in. The other person looked up from her phone and asked if she could help me. The direction to the parking were not clear. The introduction to the hotel amenities was not clear Otherwise I was pleased with hotel â
âThe staff was so nice, the restaurant's food was delicious and reasonably priced. Room was nice - good sized, nicely furnished, unobstructed ocean view. â

âThis place is the best setting!! Right on the beach! We loved watching all the traffic in the evening and enjoyed the music. I was there for work and the noise from the street didn't bother me sleeping. I had two of my grands who live in Charleston come up for a night. We beached it, shopped, ate great seafood, went to a water park and walked the pier!! Would def stay again. The parking was a pain but the garage was really close. â
âIt was at the end of the board walk so it was a little quiet, yet very close to walk to stores and activities. The property was clean. I wish there was someone at the front desk because we needed somethings but couldn't catch anyone at the front desk to ask. â
