“I had a wonderful experience staying at the Inn with my niece to celebrate her belated birthday and to celebrate mine. The front desk staff Alexis, the Manager Jeff, the cleaning lady at our room were all very professional, pleasant and helpful. Alexis made us feel welcome as we checked in close to midnight. Kris, The Guest Service Agent went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was so intuitive that she remembered my birthday from our conversation the day before and asked about it....

“Rymligt rum och stort badrum. Bekvämt och sköna sängar. Det enda vi kan klaga på är att duschen inte blev varm. Trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht. Stor och god frukostbuffé. Hotellet låg minuter från Alamo och riverwalk. ”

“The Crocket Hotel is great, proximity to historic places and riverwalk so conveinant. Staff at desk Edwardo is so pleasant, accomidating willimg to help. All staff encountered were friendly and courtious.

“Amazing staff. By far one of my favourite accommodations. Highly recommend! Pay the little extra for the upgraded rooms and you have a wonderful loft type condo stay ahead. ”

Front desk ladies, Jasmine and April are amazing! They are so hospitable, the nicest, helpful people.
Would stay here again.
Only down side: noise from cars on the street at night. For some reason both nights there were car(s) that have extremely loud engines/mufflers racing around in the middle of the night. The noise was so loud. Not that I had anything to do at the hotel being great, but maybe the property owner should speak to the city...
