    Arrival Details

    Check in is from 4.30pm, if you are arriving after 6pm it is your responsibility to contact Cedar Retreats to inform them of your later check in time and to complete the pre authorisation. This is a formal requirement prior to being allowed into the Lodge. Early arrivals will be not be permitted, unless arranged prior.

    Security Deposit

    Guests will receive a text from +44 7950 983110 to arrange payment of the £150 security deposit to cover any potential damages/missing items on check out.

    Facilities

    Please be aware that in the interest of cleanliness and healthy/hygiene, your hot tub “may not” be up to the desired temperature for you to use at the time of your arrival. The Management however will endeavour to do their absolute best regarding Hot Tub temperatures.

    Parking

    Please be aware that there is only parking for up to three cars on the driveway of a 3 bedroom Lodge, two cars on the driveway of a 2 bedroom Lodge, and one car on the driveway of a 1 bedroom Lodge.

    Whilst On Site

    Please note that this park is a quiet and relaxing retreat, and there should be no music to be played outside at any time, or loud music in the accommodations late at night. Any anti-social or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated on site.

Had a wonderful stay at Cedar Retreats this weekend. The lodge was very modern and looked like new. We spent a great deal of pur time in the hot tub which was so relaxing and very warm. Overrall we had the most laid back chilled weekend which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you Cedar Retreats. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed in 1 bed Masham Lodge for a last minute short weekend break.

Stayed in 1 bed Masham Lodge for a last minute short weekend break. We have stayed here before but in a bigger lodge for 4 people. The site is very nice and peaceful yet on the doorstep for great walks and places to see. Reception staff (Danielle) extremely helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable of the area offering recommendations on good places to eat. Check out the Freemasons Arms in Nosterfield and Staveley Arms in Staveley, both very close by to the lodge. Food amazing! Head to Ripon to Portofino for Italian food is great here and a good atmosphere.The Lodge itself was OK for a weekend break. The lounge/kitchen/dining is very small and very cramped, too much furniture. Not a true reflection from the picture which looks spacious. Probably one of the smallest 1 bed lodge holidays we have had. It was cleanish, it didn't smell fresh when we walked in and looked like it had just been surface cleaned with regards to worktops, kitchen doors. Bedroom was OK had everything you needed for storage. Bathroom a little dated, areas of black mould in the shower. it also had no heating in the bathroom, the heated towel rail was mounted in the bedroom which we found very strange. No hot tub towels in the lodge. We requested these which wasn't an issue as Danielle came over with them straight away. You can hire robes if you wish.
