Dock hade vi lite problem med varmvatten i duchen, medn efter lite efterforskoning behövde man manuellt sĂ€tta pĂ„ en liten vĂ€rmare som var monterad pĂ„ duchen, sĂ„ det blev bra.Enda puben och tÂŽresturanegn i byn, inga affĂ€rer, medn det spelad ingen roll dĂ„ detta beoende bara var ett transit boedne för oss.â

She was available to answer our queries about local walks, eating places.
Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road.
A pleasure to stay.Highly recommend and will return if in the area again.â
âWe stayed over for a night on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was perfect for our stay with beautiful views of the Humber from an open terrace at the back of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet with only the rabbits as neighbours. The bed was great too ensuring a good slumber near the Humber!â
âMy wife tends towards OCD and even she found this property spotless. Iâm an architect and built my own home and I found the workmanship in the home excellent. The couple who hosted us were delightful and the service and breakfast were great. We only had a short walk to a delightful pub to make our stay first rate.â

Bed is good and firm.
But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains.
Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway.
Bathroom needs to be updated.
Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one.
Wall paper is coming off in the room.
No power outlets by the bed, not even usb.
Dirty windows.
I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it.
It looked clean but so many things had stains on it, like the small info signs or the walls, the furniture was sticky.
A hoover was in the hallway, when I walked up the stairs (elevator was out of order) but it was not clean. A lot of dirt in the stairs.
Positive:
Free parking and nice personnel in the morning.
I gave it two chances.
First time was bad, second worse.
Too bad because the location is quite suitable.
