âMy grandsons (3 and 5) loved the size of the room and bathroom. Very spacious. The 14' ceilings made the space seem enormous. They loved the different shoes on the doors, so we took a tour to see them all. Then we decided which ones we liked best. A great way for them to unwind after being in a car seat for 2 hours. The diffuser was fabulous. We all loved that aspect of our stay. The complimentary breakfast and the shoebox delivery system was a real treat for them, also. They loved...
âWe were driving through Lynchburg and stayed the night at Bella Vista. Our room was clean, hotel was quiet and not busy. We enjoyed the breakfast. We would recommend to stay here. â
âThis was my first TRU stay. It was awesome. I may not go back to Hampton Inns. We did have one issue with our A/C and they immediately offered to move us. Excellent customer service. â
âFriendly staff, workout center, great kitchenette. They really need to offer office chairs instead of the uncomfortable one they have at the desk in your room. That's my only complaint, really. â
âThe appearance of the room looked clean, however we tried to run a bath and we could not get the tub to fill. When packing up to leave we noticed a there was a roach in the side table. Nice staff though. Looks like they may be remodeling some of the rooms. â
