"En helt under bar terrass på taket där frukosten intogs med en ljuvlig utsikt. Kvinnan som skötte frukosten hel underbar. Killen i receptionen också helt fantastisk."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room itself was okay, but nothing special, and the breakfast was also quite underwhelming. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the staff. They were unfriendly, and at one point, a staff member even threatened to call the police on me simply because I wanted to have a guest over. To make matters worse, this person mocked me by saying that this was not a hotel “for having boom boom,” which was both humiliating and completely unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such treatment at any hotel before, and both I and my guest were left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect I can mention is the location – the hotel is in a quiet area with a convenient setting. Unfortunately, apart from that, I cannot find much good to say."

"Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character. Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges — such as for the garage and minibar — which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards. Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."

"Our room had everything we needed and was clean and functional. I especially liked to look out over the piazza and life there. Breakfast was also nice with a wide variety. The front desk staff were very helpful."

"Jag kan inte riktigt förstå hur det här hotellet har så bra recensioner. Jag skulle säga att dom lurar en med bilderna, dom matchar verkligen inte hur hotellet är och ser ut. Inredningen känns väldigt skräpig. När vi checkade in fick vi info om att vi blivit uppgraderade till en ”junior suite”, men när vi väl såg rummet så kändes det snarare som en nedgradering i jämförelse med det rum jag bokat. Ett mörkt, kallt och fuktigt rum med väldigt gamla och slitna möbler, motsvarande överhuvudtaget inte bilderna dom själva har lagt upp. Sen är hotellet väldigt lyhört och man hör alla ljud utanför rummet väldigt tydligt. Som sagt väldigt kallt på rummet då vi va där i slutet på februari men värmen på ACn funkade typ inte och rummet som redan var väldigt fuktigt (noll ventilation) blev ännu fuktigare när man använde ACn. Alla mina kläder luktade hemsk fukt efter att vi hade bott här. Man får väldigt mycket frukost men frukosten är snarare i kvantitet än kvalitet. Jag kan verkligen inte rekommendera det här hotellet, jag trodde att det va prisvärt men det blev helt plötsligt för dyrt för vad vi möttes av när vi väl kom dit."
