Located at the top of the resort and close to the slopes, the apartment comprises, in the entrance: a bunk bed (2 single beds), in the living room: a pull-out bed, and in a separate alcove with a window, separated from the living room by a sliding door, another pull-out bed. The pull-out sofa beds can be configured as a 160x190 cm bed. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. A ski locker is also provided.

The balcony faces south, offering views of the resort.

The resort has a paid covered parking garage, managed by the Tourist Office.
