“Clean, and good parking.”

“Average DT hotel good location in Davenport. AC did not work in our room. After understanding that it did not work we gpt a new room for our second night. Big central area of hotel makes it look deserted. The restaurant, only open for breakfast has bad ventilation => small pancakes in to your room. At the gym the peleton did not work and in our new room the safe did not work and we had to call maintanance who eventually fixed it.”

“Nice hotel with comfortable rooms lots of space and friendly staff at breakfst and bar. However when we arrived (at 9 PM) there was noone in the lobby. We called the hotel, we ringed the bell, noone for 20 minutes, even though they knew we would come. After 20 min some guy arrived, no excuse, and checked us in.”

“The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.”

“Comfortable bed, but could have used a blanket. Was fairly clean, (under bed was dusty, floor corners around tub dirty ) broken heater/cooler, needs updating. No Pool ,No breakfast. Okay for the price.”

“Our room was nice and clean when we arrived. A family was playing cards in the breakfast area when we walked in- always a good sign others feel comfortable in the hotel. Our room was bright and cheerful. The bathroom was filled with towels and soaps, beds were nicely made, and the overall room was relaxing. Just what we wanted after traveling most of the day. The breakfast area is large enough for you to choose items yet not feel like you're standing on top of others. This is not the way it is...

“Mold in the bathroom, I couldn’t even take a shower, hallways were dingy and carpet were stained, and it smelt musty. I even left early. I was supposed to stay two days, but I only stayed for one night slept on top of the sheets. I’ve never seen a hotel. This bad I left early got a hotel right down the street for one night at the park and it was night and day difference. I would go to the spark by Hilton. They also didn’t give me my $100 back which I had to pay a $100 deposit and they took that.”

“I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.”

“Very comfortable stay”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “This hotel was close to the TBK Sports Complex, as well as shopping and many restaurants and located on a major highway. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very good also with a variety of food items to choose from”
