“The management at this hotel was wonderful! There was an issue with our booking, at no fault of the owner, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Expedia made the mistake but the owners is this hotel made zero excuses and ensured that we had a room to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this hotel.
The lobby breakfast was also surprisingly well put together. 5 stars for these folks!”

“I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made.”

“The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help.
As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...

“This was an overnight stay with my boyfriend. Check in was probably the most efficient I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean. The walls appeared to have been recently painted so the baseboards were being worked on…there was sawdust on the carpet in the hallway, no biggie. The room was nothing grand but was clean and quiet with everything in working order. The complimentary breakfast was typical of this chain except they didn’t have gravy. Again, no biggie. ...
