âThis was a very nice hostel and I felt very safe. I stayed in 4 person bunk room with all women and it was very nice! The doors can only be opened with a keycard for that room. The sheets and bed were very clean and comfortable. I slept in the bottom bunk that had a little curtain which made me feel like I had my own little space. Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
