“I couldn't even sleep all night. The room had a strong weed smell. It was a horrible experience”

“Very clean smooth check in nice staff. Very modern property close to stores and eateries. Comfy bed would definitely stay again.”

“Breakfast menu was very limited”

“Mycket bra hotell med trevlig personal rent och snyggt Till ett bra pris”

“I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet.”

“The rooms were very clean. Had no problems getting any type of service. Rooms looked new. Building in a great for shopping and eating. I will recommend this studio to anyone. Well stay there again.”

“Enjoying my stay at true Hilton”

“Everything was great.”

“We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. “Breakfast bar was mediocre, however breakfast from the menu on weekend was good , had shrimp and grits and it was tasty. The staff there were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me”

“This is my home away from home when I travel to Chesapeake. The staff does a fantastic job and are so friendly and welcoming. My bed was super comfortable, and the shower was pretty good for a hotel shower. There was plenty of hot water. I always love the Hampton Inn breakfast. I would have given them a perfect score, but this particular hotel was being remodeled so I couldn't give them 5 stars on the appearance of the exterior of the building.”

“The first room was handicap room with a high step in tub, shower curtain was moldy and sink had a gap of 3/4 inch away from wall. We left for the day and came back at 9 pm the room was not cleaned or new towels left. After some talking we received a new room. Again a handicap room but it had a step in shower. they emptied the garbage that day, emptied garbage but bed was not made up.”
