The only interactions with staff that we had were at the front desk upon check-in, where the clerk didn’t look at me, even once. When I arrived, the phone was ringing, and no one was there. He walked out and picked up the phone to answer without acknowledging or even looking at me. Once off the phone, he said “license and payment” I held out to him. He never took them, so I sent them on the counter. He entered in the information and set my keys on the counter mumbling instructions for where to find the elevator. Not once did he greet me, wish me a good stay, thank me for my patronage or even look me in the eye.
