We recommend street parking along the cross-street. Driveway parking may be available but not guaranteed. Please note street cleaning in the neighborhood occurs on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays and/or 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. We are not responsible for parking-related fines or damages.

There is a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy.

No outdoor music is allowed after 8 pm. Loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke are not allowed at all times.

This listing and property location is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $35 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture. If any property, including linens or furniture, is damaged as a result, you may be charged for repairs or replacements of damaged items.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

The unit has two mini splits for A/C and heating. The mini split remote for the living area is located next to the bathroom door. The mini split remote for the bedroom is located inside the bedroom, next to the bedroom door. Please keep remote controls in their respective wall holders.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
