“Sämsta incheckningen någonsin. Rummet var inte klart när vi kom, på utsatt tid. Dom hävdade att det inte måste vara klart vid incheckningstid. Vi fick inte heller någon tid när det skulle vara klart. I övrigt ett okej hotel, lite slitet. Övrig personal, förutom receptionen, var bra.”

“Friendly and helpful staff, clean and airy room, comfortable bed, and nice towels. The shower had excellent water pressure. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which all smelled nice. I would only suggest they oil the windows because the windows were a bit hard to slide open. The screens should be cleaned as well. Otherwise, it was super enjoyable and we will DEFINITELY return at our next visit 😊🐻”

The rooms are immaculate and clean upon check in and the staff are very professional and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay. “They upgraded our room so we had lakefront with a balcony. The view is incredible. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean and no issues with hot or cold water as some others had experienced it. The staff are very nice and accommodating. It’s near The Village where all the shops are at. Highly recommended ”
