“Great place, excellent service! We asked for a quiet room on the back of the property. It was perfect for us! If you want to hear the festivities, a poolside room is for you.”

“We were greeted by a kind gentleman upon arrival. Our room was very clean and well appointed with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The electric fireplace was a nice touch! Our beds were comfy. The location is central to all Big Bear has to offer. Overall our stay was excellent. We can hardly wait to visit again.”

“Sämsta incheckningen någonsin. Rummet var inte klart när vi kom, på utsatt tid. Dom hävdade att det inte måste vara klart vid incheckningstid. Vi fick inte heller någon tid när det skulle vara klart. I övrigt ett okej hotel, lite slitet. Övrig personal, förutom receptionen, var bra.”
