Only issue we had was the virtual check in didn't work, the code issued for the door didn't work and being from Canada we couldn't use our phones to call the help centre without roaming charges, so we had to track down someone with a local phone to call and even then it took 4 tries to get a code that would open the door. Not having staff on site was a drawback for that reason,...
