âHouse keeping never brought any more coffee to the room for the 3 nights I stayed. The room was good exceptâŠ..the toilets should be adult height not child height. I know it wasnât labeled a handicap room but the higher toilets was all that was missing â

âOnce we finally were able to get in correct room, was very clean and comfortable. Had come down 3 times for a key, 2nd time it let us in a room that was occupied. And when you have driving all day, the last thing you want is to deal with this. Only one person early evening, and she was always on the phone.â
âI truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites in Charleston WV. When arriving there was an event going on which did not impact my stay at all. I was in a room with no TV but a remote, I called front desk and they changed room instantly the only thing I had to carry everything back down to 1st get new key and go back to new room. The front desk attendant should have met me at room. I ordered room service and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely go back!â
âRoom was clean and the hotel was quiet with the exception of staff rolling a cart down the hallway in the early morning hours. The hotel was also close to some tasty and unique dining options. Staff was efficient and got the job done.â

âThis was a last minute stop for us and it was great! The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot. Breakfast had a good variety of options. It was right off the interstate. The only con was that it was noisy because of the convenient location. But we travel with a sound machine so it wasnât a huge deal. Clean, comfy, and convenient. â
