“Ms Elena was very helpful, the building is hard to find, so she came to get us from the junction. She also sent a cab to come pick us up. She explained everything to us about the apartment that we needed to know about. The owner was very thoughtful when I brought up a minor concern, he resolved the issue immediately. Communication was excellent. Elena gave us a departure gift. She also made it easy for an uber pick up to the airport at 330 am. That you Elena and Jack for your generosity”

“The property was gorgeous, just like the pictures. The communication was great from start to finish. They cleaned the apartment early to accommodate our early arrival which was great! The place had plenty of items we needed for our stay. Only a few minor complaints; there were no lights in the living room that worked so it was very dark, we had a lot of trouble with the tv working, the volume kept going out so we couldn’t watch tv at night. Also, the main bedroom had a terrible smell coming...

“Wunderschönes Dorf, wir waren schockverliebt. Wohnung war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und alles notwendige vorhandene. Einzig ein Küchentuch mehr oder einen Wischlappen wäre hilfreich, gerade mit Kindern. Betten waren sehr bequem und für jeden Bedarf ein Kissen, das ist sehr großer Komfort. Kontakt zu Stephan und Anna unkompliziert und super freundlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! ”

“For the price that is listed, it is a complete dump. We paid good money for this accommodation and upon arrival we were very disappointed. It wasn’t cleaned properly, it was not a nice or safe neighborhood or area, many things within the property were broken, the shower leaked, the mattress was broken and uneven, it was never mentioned that it was 3.5 stories with no lift. We ended up checking out after the first night as we didn’t feel safe and we were not satisfied with what we were paying...
