Returning visit
This is our second visit to the property. The first was before the recent updates and I will say it was a difference of night and day. Separate living spaces made if easy for our two families to enjoy a long weekend together. Cheryl was an outstanding host who responded almost immediately and was most accommodating. I would not hesitate to book again and plan on doing so.

Fishing Trip
Great location, short trip to the boat ramp, and Kings Inn. Enjoyed fishing under lights. Well stocked kitchen, all the comforts of home.

Turning 40 on Baffin Bay
I can control a lot of things but weather isn’t one of them! Regardless, plenty to do and enjoy on this property. Highly recommend Baffin Bay Seafood nearby. We’ll be back!

Great Stay
We stayed here and enjoyed the local area. Great getaway place. We enjoyed hunting and fishing in the area. 3 places to eat in the immediate area were more than enough to make us want to come back soon. The house was perfect. Cozy, Clean and private.

Great stay on the bay
The view of the bay from the upstairs windows and porch is awesome. Nicely updated property with lots of room to park and a great downstairs covered patio space, well went fishing pier, Internet, and good TVs

Relaxing weekend

Will be back!
Great house. Fully stocked. Fishing pier was perfect. The outside of the house was so cute and had so many places to sit and look at the water. The water view from the upstairs kitchen was amazing. Kids can bring their gaming systems as there were great TVs. Wifi service was great and the TV was equipped with various streaming services. Close to town, the bait shop and Baffin Seafood which was the best food just down the road. Light at pier was broke (probably from the wind) but was addressed by the owners in record time. Not a big deal but wanted everyone to know how prompt they were regarding the issue. It was fixed before I even knew it. We will rent again for sure!

Very nice and perfect amount of space for our family.
The property is very well kept and we enjoyed our stay. The amenities were perfect. The access to the pier really made our visit so much more enjoyable.

Texas Duck Hunt
The property was a great fit and allowed for our group to relax after hunts, fish in the evening and have an overall great time. Great accommodations!

Go Again
Only thing was the downstairs AC. It seemed at times to have a mind of its own and turn down to below 70. We would immediately change it back to 78, but it would change two hour later. Might have been just a HOLD or something. Anyway, it seemed to be on 78 when we left and was staying there. It was a nice place, caught some nice fish, and enjoyed the deck.

Thanks for letting me know about the thermostat downstairs…it does have a HOLD setting on it and have not had any issues from past guests. Great as expected!
We had a great time. The covered porch area was a great place to relax and catch a cool breeze to beat the heat. The bbq pit was awesome as we used it everyday. We all loved the lit pier since the main point of our trip was to fish. Having the fish cleaning station was a big plus. The living spaces were very nice and having two refrigerators helped a ton.

Perfect for families!!
We loved this home!! We are a family of 8, with 6 kiddos from 17-9. The home was well equipped with everything from linens to kitchen wares to board games and more. The pier was nice and plenty big enough for all of us to hang out or fish. We absolutely loved the location and how beautifully quiet it was!

Amazing Property
This was an overall great vacation for me and my little family! The downstairs has a one bedroom private little nook. The upstairs has two bedrooms and one with bunk beds for the littles. Both the upstairs and downstairs have an BREATH TAKING VIEW of the waterfront! The private deck was perfect. A little scary walking with the wind but all in all the kids loved the fishing experience. Owners were very helpful with any and all questions and very nice! Would definitely recommend.

Fish and relax
Beautiful property with spacious room to relax and enjoy the view. Having 2 seperate units with each offering own kitchens was great also. Will definatley return to use the new smoker grill outside and firepit.
