“Very Disappointing Experience – Hotel Is Rated Far Too Highly
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we feel the Expedia rating is much higher than the quality of the property and service we experienced.
The pool was uncomfortably hot, even hotter than the outdoor temperature, and there were areas where tiles were missing. Guests should be very careful when walking around the pool area. During our stay, other guests were also allowed to play loud music...
“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...

Based on good reviews and a nice price offer from Hotels.com we opted for Ximena. It lived up to all expectations. Good location on walking distance from the beaches. Very nice staff and with good command of English. Clean and modern rooms with good AC and a little fridge.
