The host is very good at answering messages quickly!
The property is clean. Many amenities are provided.
But several things could be improved upon:
1) Expedia says the host will send check in instructions three days before arrival but the host only sent them the day before arrival.
2) One message said the address is xx84 (correct) and another message said the address is xx83 (doesn’t exist).
3) The host didn’t proactively provide lock code for the one bedroom doorknob with keypad, and it locked while we were outside the bedroom so we needed to ask for the code.
4) Signs inside say we can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, but host didn’t provide eno ifh extra garbage bags to hold dirty toilet paper.
5) Hot tub was not prepared for guests to arrive (the temperature was too cold and we waited hours for it to warm up enough).
6) No newspapers or small wood was provided for starting a fire in the wood stove.
7) The mattress in the second bedroom is not flat, you roll into the middle where the mattress dips like a bowl. But the master bedroom's mattress is good.
8) The property listing has a photo of a fooshball table but the access code wasn’t provided.
Overall, good experience with a few things that could be improved.
