The living area extends beyond the kitchen, a large and comfortable sofa offers you an ideal solution for relaxing after a busy day, to unwind in maximum comfort. In addition, two other comfortable sofas, always located in the living area, can be transformed into two comfortable beds of 110 x 200 cm, ensuring an optimal solution to accommodate two more guests

The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

Beverages, food and consumables (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are not provided.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
For the dog there is a fee of 30€.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
