“No me gusto la alberca porque es muy fea la textura. raspa e irrita la piel. En nuestra estadía se fue la corriente eléctrica varias veces, en la madrugada de las 2am-5am, mucho calor y muy desagradable. El restaurante puede mejorar mucho. El personal, muy amable. ”

“Nice Beach and views”

“We stayed on a beachfront room, but unfortunately, it was situated right in front of the bar. So early in the morning, you could hear the staff talking loudly and laughing. I think that in this type of properties, the staff should more quiet, and let the guests have a more quiet vacation. The same happened while having breakfast, the staff communicates with each other by talking loud at a distance, which should not be the case. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, very clean, very well...

“This was a nice boutique hotel in a cozy bay. Traveled with my husband and daughter. Our room felt alittle cramped and would have definitely preferred a larger room. Everything else was great. Water taxis, excursions, restaurants were all within walking distance. The shuttle was great to and from airport. If you want a quiet less commercialized experience would highly recommend.”

“The Grand Roatan defintely had the feel of a 5-star resort, but what impressed me the most was the staff. The front desk reached out multiple times throughout my stay to see that my needs were met, and everyone I met remembered my name after our first encounter which was impressive. Marine life is abundant as soon as you walk into the ocean. We paid for a night snorkel on the other side of the island, but honestly, everything you'd want to see is right in front of the property. Very impressive...

“Diving and staff”

“If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”
