You will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. From the houseboat you can enjoy a panoramic lake view of the surrounding nature reserve and the lake landscape.



Step outside onto your private uncovered terrace, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing on the water. A private grill is at your disposal for meals in the fresh air. The houseboat is located in a natural harbor next to a small beach with a sandy shore, ideal for swimming and suitable for families with young children. Table tennis is available free of charge at the harbor. A shared sauna is available for an extra fee. 2 stand-up paddleboards can be reserved upon request for an extra fee. A bicycle and boat rental service is located nearby.



Please note that events are not allowed on the property. Airport and train station shuttle services are available for an extra fee. Parking is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the houseboat and is available for an extra fee.



At the harbor, you will find a food stand open daily from 11 am, as well as modern washing and shower facilities included for harbor users. The harbor is exclusively accessible to permanent berth holders, offering a peaceful setting to unwind and leave everyday stress behind.
