Other guests didn't respect the no noise after 10 PM rule and were quite loud which made it very hard to sleep as obviously in tents like these you hear everything. Also, we were struggling to enter the property when checking in. We were supposed to use the code for the gate received by email, but we weren't able to check our email and we were stuck for half an hour, trying to call the emergency number to no avail. “Lovely hotel in a lovely small town. Nice to stroll around and good hiking in the vicinity. Had a very nice room, Garden suite, (were upgraded). Nice staff. Good food but perhaps a bit overpriced. The same glass of (own) wine that cost R 55 at the hotel cost considerably less at a different restaurant in town. All in all we were very happy with our stay and can definitely recommend Mimosa Lodge!”
