“Property is nice and comfortable, nice bed and decoration very luxurious, but I have some complaints, the water pressure in the sink was too high I had to be very careful so no to splash it and even though it was really difficult. Same with the liquid soap you push and it comes a lot so took too long washing hands. Finally the toilet douche or temperature adjustment didn’t work, I come from America so I was not expecting it anyway but it would had been nice. Personal very nice and helpful....

“Very comfortable room, clean. Super serviceminded personel. Good location when visiting Seongsan Art hall. Shopping and resturants around the corner. ”

“Free draft beer in the evenings was a plus. Bed was comfortable. At check-in, we were told breakfast was included, it was not. There were no USB or US plugs in the room.

“This is a massive place with many levels which was confusing. Also, I didn’t realized that this hotel is geared to family with kids, many kids. This is a perfect place for a family with young children but if you want a quiet stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. As far as the location goes, there isn’t much ( restaurant options) near the hotel so it wasn’t convenient for us. Reserve your breakfast early on line, we were told. Lastly, one of us (out of 3) had to sleep on the mat…not so comfortable.”

“Everything good!”

“Very clean facility with helpful staff.”
