“When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus”

“A nice hotel for an english country experience. Some parts of the hotel had seen better days, and unfortunately our room was located in one of the more tired parts of the hotel. Getting from reception/restaurant to the room was a hassle with a great number of stairs and hallways. The breakfast and the grounds both were great. “Hotellet hade otroligt dåliga sängar och var inte i det skick vi förväntade oss av ett Best Western hotell. Jag reser i tjänsten och har 220 hotellnätter per år så jag vet vad jag pratar om. I badrummet var elementets in och baksida fyllt av stora dammkorvar. Dock mycket trevlig och service inriktad personal, mycket bra läge och jättebra frukost.”

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing – despite being directly at the airport, I couldn’t hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing. However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard. In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials – great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing – but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations."
