“Really the best place I've stayed in Rochester and being across the street from St Mary's was very helpful in getting in and out of the hospital. The staff and accommodations were perfect.”

“Location is nice and has a lovely walking trail close by, both panera and bww within walking distance. We got a huge room with a kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. Staff at check in was very friendly and had a lot of great tips for our trip. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, would have preferred more healthy options like fruit, granola and yoghurt. ”

“Our room was huge, clean, and the large refrigerator was great. The bathroom was also big. Parking was easy. I will stay here again.”

“We were embarressed not to have any small bills with us and forgot our pin number to get more cash. The staff helped us load and unload the car and drove us and picked us up at the Mayo Clinic. We couldn't tip them. They assisted us with a smile anyway. Next time through Rochester we will make up for our mistakes. Kudos to the staff.”

“The breakfast at this hotel was so delicious with oatmeal, waffles, fresh bagels and a varoety of toppings. They also have eggs, sausage and potatoes. This is a beautiful location, quiet and SO CLEAN. The staff were always kind and helpful.”

“I realized at some point in the evening the over night oximetry machine I had from the Mayo Clinic was missing. Assuming I forgot it on the hotel shuttle I went to the front desk in a panic. The lack of concern from the desk attendant was quite disappointing. Knowing she could have made a quick call to the shuttle driver she kept insisting the best she could do was wait until he returned. I checked back twice and she was rude acted irritated I came back. She wasn't helpful at all.”
