The space
The property is a 4 bedroom end terrace town house complete with garden. 2 designated parking spaces. The property is professionally cleaned.

The foyer is light, airy and spacious and leads to the living room/dining area. The kitchen is by the entrance next to a toilet (WC). It is spacious and well-equipped so you can cook, socialise and entertain in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker/oven and a microwave. Cleaning products and washing powder are under the sink for your use. Help yourself to tea and coffee! The dining table seats up to 6 guests.

The mature garden has a small shed and a large grass area.

The living room is on the ground floor. An amazing space with patio doors leading to the garden and a double sofa bed comfortably seat up to 4 people. Relax while you watch TV on a huge 75 inch HD smart screen. Super fast WiFi is available throughout the property so you can work from home, browse online and stream all your favourite TV shows during your stay.

There is a storage cupboard in the living room where the ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, hoover and other cleaning equipment are kept. Extra pillows, duvets, and bed linen for the sofa beds are also kept here.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and can sleep up to 2 guests. This room is situated at the front of the property and is equipped with a double wardrobe, ensuite and a smart TV.

Next to the master bedroom is a double bedroom that sleeps 2 guests.

On the second floor, there are two double rooms with two single beds which can be joint together making it a double. This floor can sleep up to 4 guests.

All bedrooms have chests of drawers and/or wardrobes/clothes rails to store your clothes. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The bathroom is on the second floor and is well-equipped with a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. There is ample storage for all your toiletries and body soap is available for your use.
