Hotell nära Rock Hill Center for the Arts

“The room was very big. However it was not as clean as it should be. Found small pieces of debris in bed. Most likely from a/c vent. Also found a dead bug on floor. None of the ice machines worked in the building!! They have 3! All 3 not working ! Restroom in lobby is not maintained or cleaned. Staff was ok however not professional. Twice when speaking to them the person had to stop the movie on their phone after I started speaking to them. Meaning. I had to start my conversation over....

“Just a one-night stay but found beds comfortable, room very nice, and quiet. Not a big fan of most hotel free breakfasts, but found it satisfying.”

“Not all hotels in this Hilton brand are equal, this one however stands out and gave me a sense of comfort.”

“There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit.”

“The staff were very nice. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived, but once notified it was fixed immediately. The pool was great for the kids and my husband and I enjoyed the gym. The space of the room was perfect and the kitchen area was well stocked.”

“We arrived very late at 1:15 am. The night woman was very friendly and accommodating. She even got me paper plates so we could warm up the dinner we brought in the microwave.”

“I arrived 2 hours after our check-in, and our room wasn't ready, which caused a lot of stress. They didn't seem bothered at all, acting like nothing was happening. I found their treatment to be absurd and do NOT recommend this place.”

“The room was clean, but I dropped something and there was something that had been spilled on the base of the bed, that hadn't been cleaned up. The breakfasts were really good, air conditioning and staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!”
