Came in for a Celebration of life and the place fit us and the family well. It was close travel to the quad cities.Only used the place for sleeping as we had many family events

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be charming. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The upstairs bedroom was not air-conditioned, making it uncomfortable to use during warmer weather. The bathroom could benefit from a deep cleaning and some updates, especially the tub/shower. Addressing these issues would make the experience much more enjoyable.

We spent 3 nights here while in town for a celebration of life. I rated it excellent but have a couple suggestions. When money permits, the bathroom could use upgrading. The tub and walls and trim could use improvement. The sink drains a bit slowly. That's an expensive process but it woud make the property much nicer. Also, you could use some more silverware. Thanks for the excellent communication and stay. And I must say the beds and especially the pillows were very good! What brand pillows are those? I'd like to buy some for my home.

The overall house and rooms were clean and well cared for. The only downside to the house was the location as it was only a few feet off the main road and was quite noisy all night.

My wife and I came for a visit. Nice older home. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Conveniently located for our needs. Host were great and quickly responded when contacted.

Exactly What We Needed

Definitely an older home, but it was clean and just what we needed while back home for Christmas. The fenced in back yard was a plus for our dogs.

Nice with plenty of space

We only spent 1 night but it suited our needs for the night and was nice. We have two teens that enjoyed having their own space with separate beds upstairs. It was a nice area and close to many things.

House is an older home. Barthroom is tiny and hot water in sink barely comes out of faucet. Shower was adequate but could use some work. Kitchen is well equipped and adequate.
