“I had booked a room for a engineer and due to flight delays he arrived 4 days later than planned. The hotelstaff did not hesitate changing the stay to meet the flights even if the booking was done without possibility of refund. My engineer have stayed here once last year and we did not hesitate to select this hotel for this visiit and we will for sure book rooms here next time we have business in Palau.”

“A fantastic place where you can feel like you’re in a true regional retreat, surrounded by nature. It has access to kayaks that you can take out onto the lagoon. The staff are very friendly. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the not-so-interesting (in my opinion) city of Koror, but only about 700–800 meters on foot to the main street.”

“Staff was very courteous. Room was clean. Great ocean side view. Second stay to at West Plaza Hotel at Lebuu Street and will do it again. Got a car from West Car Rental and the had it ready for us, with the key pick up at the front desk. ”

“Resort is new and modern. Rooms spacious and views fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside is that is didn’t cater for English speakers. All tourist info was in mandarin. It is a fair way from the main town but good too explore the north of Palau ”

“Väldigt dyrt om man jämför med vad man på andra håll i världen får för pengarna. Men med det sagt är det ett unikt hotell med förhållandevis hög standard, fantastisk egen strand (du kan snorkla direkt från stranden) och trevlig personal och service. Palau Pacific Resort är ju även unikt på så vis att det är ett av få hotell på ön som har egen strand, och det reflekteras i priset. Maten på hotellet är förvånansvärt prisvärd (och god!) om man jämför med kostnaden för boende. Rummet var lite...

“I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists”

“The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.”
