Sand Dollar Cottage ligger på en karibisk-sida vid havet med vacker solnedgång. Beläget inom Four Points Marina Village Development, har denna helt nya stuga 1 100 kvadratmeter inomhus bostadsyta och 1 200 kvadratmeter wrap-around däck. Sand Dollar Cottage har 2 kung sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Sand Dollar har en enkel hopfällbar säng för extra gäster samt en spjälsäng. Det finns också ett pulverrum utanför vardagsrummet. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har plats för 8 och en platt-TV. Det moderna köket har rostfria vitvaror. Faciliteterna inkluderar WIFI, kabel-TV, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och en utomhusgasgrill. Marina Village-utveckling har Frigate's Bar and Grill på plats. Wild Orchid Waterfront Restaurant ligger en kort 2 minuters promenad bort och Sand Dollar är bekvämt beläget inom gångavstånd till den viktigaste shoppinggatan med ett fullt utrustat snabbköp, spritbutik och en internationell affärsbank. It was a great house and well equipped and amazing views of the ocean and sunset. The only downside side is with the frequent power outages in Eleuthera a backup generator for the property is a worthwhile investment. 5-6 hour outages daily almost totally ruined the vacation. Everything is electric, including the stove, so you can’t even cook and eat. It was hard with 2 toddlers.

Every thing we needed

This had good wear and everything we needed. And if we didn't want to cook we either went to Frigates or drown down the road about mile Or less to Sammy's place. That food is the BOMB. The beds were comfortable the place was clean and it just over all great.

Perfect Cottage for 2 couples

The cottage was perfect for us, beautifully decorated, very clean, and very well equipped with anything we could possible need. The management was very helpful when we ended up arriving late, even keeping the grocery store open after hours for us. It's a very quiet remote location with a view of the lovely Rock Sound. Having the grocery store within walking distance was great!

The Perfect Place

The Sand Dollar cottage was the perfect place for us to explore South Eleuthera. The cottage is well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The air conditioning was the best we’ve had in the Bahamas. We brought our inflatable paddle boards with us and each day after we came back from exploring we put the boards in the water right there at the house and enjoyed a drink at frigates, without the worry of driving. I would definitely stay here again!

Sand Dollar is beyond perfect!

Sand Dollar is the perfect place to stay. It made our honeymoon wonderful beyond our expectations. The home is so comfortable and had everything you need and more. We will look forward to staying here again. The peace and quiet was what we wanted. Having Frigates bar and grill next door was also great and their food is phenomenal.

Great Place!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. It was so nice that both bedrooms had king size beds and en suite bathrooms. The place was clean and well stocked. The location is close to a few places to eat. Frigates is right out your front door. There is a couple markets nearby that had a decent variety of items which was nice as we did do some of our own cooking. We used the grill that was provided and it worked great. There was an added bonus of a BEAUTIFUL flowering tree that spreads across the rail of deck on the south side. I noticed several people stop to take pictures of it as they passed by. The dock outside the property allowed us to see starfish, stingrays and plenty of other fish. The location is also in walking distance of the Ocean Hole and Cathedral Caves. We also enjoyed time at a beautiful Pink beach which is just a few miles away. We had it all to ourselves. We used Eleuthera Outdoor out of Tarpum Bay which was a quick drive and the tour was excellent. We had gone to the north part of the island one day, which was fun, but it did get to be a long day of travel in the car. It was nice we had plenty of other options of things to do that were close by. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely Cottage

We had a wonderful week in this great house. Nicely furnished with a great deck...views of the water. Nice for 2 adults who would like their own bedrooms. Lovely linens and outfitted kitchen. The staff who own and manage this property are excellent. Thank you all... we'll be back for sure!

Great Stay

This property was perfect for a family of four-- we were visiting our son in Cape Eleuthera and the location allowed us to visit sites up and down the island very easily. Beautiful home, clean, modern, and stylish. Great a/c. There were snorkels, cooler, umbrellas, and a nice big fridge. We loved it!

Best location in Rock Sound

The property was very clean, bright and new. Comfortable beds and pillows, new fluffy towels were provided. The kitchen had all the amenities and utensils we needed. The property manager was available whenever we had questions or concerns. I would recommend this property!

Nice place

The house was very nice. There is not much to do in Eleuthra. We went to Lighthouse beach and it was beautiful. The drive there was very challenging. Access roads to beaches are not maintained. There is a lot of trash around the parking areas near the beaches.

Great location for south end of the island, but a long drive to attractions on the north end

House was perfect. Location was a surprise because it sits in the parking lot of a restaurant which is not obvious from the listing. Convenient for dinner, but it is a stretch to imply this is a waterfront property. You can walk over to the restaurant’s beach front.....not particularly inviting. As a result, we spent the days exploring different beaches.

Best Vacation Home!

We loved everything about The Sand Dollar Cottage! The home has everything you would need to have an amazing time in Eleuthera! Even a cooler, chairs and towels for the beach! And snorkel gear, but we brought our own. It was great being so close to the Ocean Hole. We went twice as we loved feeding the fish. Thomas was wonderful and very accommodating! I would highly recommend you stay here if you plan on visiting this wonderful Island!

Very nice property with great owners

The property is exactly like the pictures posted and the owner, Chandra, is very helpful. The town of Rock Sound is very small but the people are welcoming and happy. This is a great place to stay if you want to get away to desolate beaches, great fishing or just detach from society for a while. Would recommend seeing Lighthouse Beach, Ten Bay Beach and Harbour Island. Definitely rent a Jeep to see the island.

Beautiful house - Odd location

While the house was very nice, beds very cozy and the bath towels were top of the line, the location was very, very odd !!! In the parking lot of a restaurant.....We wanted to walk the sandy beach and there was not one at the property. We did see the most beautiful sunsets there though. There are many beaches very close by and the best grocery store was just steps away. Ten bay beach was amazing and really, don't go to the light house beach unless you have a serious 4x4 vehicle. The house was well equipped with cooking utensils and the bbq. The couch was nice and cozy as well. MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION; You will loose water pressure, just call them and the filter will be changed. It will make all the difference in the world !!!
