“The king suite was nice and large. The room was quiet as well. Room did need to be vacuumed near bed as some residual somethings of notable size were stepped upon. Other than that, a good stay. Breakfast was decent. Parking is plentiful. Staff were pleasant to work with.”

“The first room bathroom was dirty, and there was a dead ant on the sheets. More ants came out later in the day on the desk in the room from the previous occupants. Our room was changed and the room was much better but the bathroom had hair on the floor and a dead small worm. There was not enough towels/rags. Cleaning lady did not want to give towels, she made us go speak to the front desk even though she was right in front of our room. The shower head was squirting water everywhere. The door...

“This place was horrible. There was hair and stains on all the pillow cases, sheets, and towels. Pool is a broken cesspool. It was awful dirty and loud. No rest at all.”

“Where to start Stuff has a work hour no one works after hours So if you locked out self out of your hotel after work hours you will be stuck outside till the morning Checking is flat at 3 pm you can’t wait in the lobby before your check in time . Cooler or microwave doesn’t works !!!”

The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? “My stay at Hine2 Suites was amazing. We came to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Most of the family stayed there and enjoyed the hospitality. From the friendly staff, to the complementary breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.”

“The room was nice, and most things in it worked. The shower didn't have a door on it, and the staff didnt change our sheets when we requested. The pool was empty, but I booked the place for the pool. The continental breakfast was old bread and bagels in plastic bags with no jelly or condiments to put on it. I aslo booked because it had breakfast. I was pretty dissappointed. Probably would not stay here again”
