The second bedroom also has a queen bed. Upstairs, the large third bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed, and the loft features a queen futon sleeper.

The kitchen has granite countertops, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and a large island with seating. The dining area is spacious and perfect for family meals. The main floor has tile and hardwood floors.

Step outside to the covered patio area with stamped concrete and a dual-sided fireplace. You can access it from the kitchen and the outdoor picnic table. It’s a great spot to relax by the fire! The home includes a washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor speakers, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a DVD player.

You are just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is ample parking available for several cars and a boat. Enjoy cooking on the new Weber gas BBQ, having fun around the fire pit, or playing games with the DVDs provided.
