This house has beach access at the rear of the house and is a short 0.2-mile stroll to the heart of downtown Rockaway Beach. Explore numerous dining options and fun shops in town, visit the International Police Museum, or catch a ride on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad. The fishing village of Garibaldi is 5.2 miles to the south where you can pick up some fresh seafood at the Garibaldi Marina. Tillamook is 13 miles south where you will find the famous Tillamook Creamery.

Allover a top choice for being so close to the beach, clean, walkable distance to food carts, restaurants, little market. This place has amazing view over the beach/ocean from the downstairs living area, but best is the bedroom balcony on the top floor. We had a great time. Its a good place for a dog as well

Perfect spot for our family getaway

The house is as close to the beach as you can get with great views and immediate beach access down a few stairs. It's a split level home. You enter on the 2nd level where the king bedroom and bunk bed room are located. The ocean view bedroom with queen bed is up a few stairs, and that view is amazing. The kitchen and open living area are down a few stairs on the first level. It was clean and comfortable with all the dishes we needed. We would love to return!

relaxing T-day retreat

old house - did ask about tornado damage before arrival - advised none, however, debris in front, downed gutter - one bedroom was not cleaned - food crumbs on the bed and a pair of small boy’s underwear in the closet - definitely not ADA compliant, luckily no one in our party needed those accomodations - even with all that, if I have a chance would stay here again

View was unbeatable with direct Beach access. There were no screens on the windows and no cooling as advertised. No AC and the one ceiling fan did not work. The dog urine smell was very strong in one bedroom.

Excellent location

Place was older but clean. Absolute ocean front location, that’s the biggest selling point for this property. Quiet street and easy parking. Will stay again. No washer and dryer though, I must have misread the description

August getaway

Two night stay for annual family trip to the coast. Location couldn’t be better. A Thorough cleaning is absolutely essential. The amount of dust in the air vent as you walk in is filthy. The dirty socks under the main bed and huge hairball clogging the bath drain are just poor housekeeping practices. (Photos available)

Great location with beautiful ocean view & easy access to beach & nearby towns. Would recommend updating, as it is quite rundown. Definitely need to replace carpet, as it smells musty, probably due to beach location. Small amenities that would be nice are icemaker and maybe a keurig type coffeepot. A washer & dryer would be nice, as well. We also had to space out showers/baths due to hot water issues. On a positive note, bathrooms, kitchen & linens were clean, but there was dust in heater vents and above 6 feet. There was a nice variety of kitchen appliances, and you can't beat the location. We also enjoyed the porch & watching sunsets from the balcony.
