12 Foursquare is an inviting charming newly furnished and fully equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse located in the Foursquare cluster of properties on the South Coast of the Island in the popular Rockley Golf and Country Club Resort. This fabulous resort has communal pools, 9 hole Golf Course, tennis courts and an onsite bar and restaurant.

The space
Entering through the front door you have an open plan living and dining room area which extends further into the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with an oven, hob/stove top, large fridge/freezer with an ice maker, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo. Leading outside from the dining room is a lovely covered patio with outdoor dining table which overlooks the beautifully manicured gardens and a section of 7th hole of the Golf Course. A few steps away from the patio is a large communal swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, tables/chairs and sun umbrellas. The living room is comfortably furnished with a three seater sofa and an armchair and has a flat screen TV. There is free Wifi, cable/satellite TV with hundreds of channels and an Amazon Firestick.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms which all have AC units and built in closets. The Master bedroom has a kingsized bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. It also opens onto a quaint patio that is shared with the third bedroom overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be put together to make a king sized bed and a bedside table. The third bedroom has a Trundle bed (a bed that has another bed that slides out below) and opens onto the patio that is shared with the master bedroom. Bedroom three also has an office desk and chair. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and a shaver socket.

Rockley Golf and Country Club is an outstanding 70-acre resort located on the South Coast of Barbados. It has a number of amenities including onsite 9 hole golf course, 5 Tennis Courts, pools, onsite security team and a restaurant and Bar. The Bar/restaurant Panenka has great food and many fun nights such a quiz nights, games nights, wing eating competitions and also has the live sports games showing. Many of the islands stunning beaches are within walking distance.

Rockley Resort is arranged as a series of seven small groups, or “clusters”, of attractive two storey buildings of about 40 units per cluster, each in their own woodland setting in the middle of the 9-hole par 36 golf course.

It is approximately 20 minutes from Grantley Adams International Airport and 10 minutes to the capital city of Bridgetown. Banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and public transport are all within close proximity. The ever popular St. Lawrence Gap with bars/clubs and restaurants is only 5 minutes away.

Other things to note
Both bath and beach towels are provided and there is also an iron and ironing board for guests convenience.
