Kineo Views Getaway!

Getaway till Rockwood, Maine med denna underbara ranch med en fantastisk utsikt över Kineo från vardagsrummet och verandan som ligger på över 2 tunnland. Denna 1000sqft hem hela säsongen har och ett rymligt kök och vardagsrum. Den har ett stort sovrum på första våningen med en king size-säng och loftet har 1 full storlek och 1 enkelsäng och en futon med vackert nytt golv som just läggs in. Det finns också en full i en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Stort nyrenoverat badrum. Stor veranda för avkoppling. Garage finns också för att få dina slädar eller fyra hjul på natten. Perfekt för en familj på 5 med en privat eldstad, gångavstånd till sjön eller offentlig båtlansering och plats för gott om parkering. Detta är ett mycket lugnt område. Många områden att vandra, bäckfisk, flugfisk, båtliv, snöskoter och ATV. Gångavstånd till Kineo shuttle för tillgång till vandring eller golf. Du kommer inte bli besviken över din vistelse!

Fyra rullstolar kan åka till stigarna direkt från gården.

Snöskoter och isfiskare detta hem är mycket nära sjön och snöskoter spår, mycket enkel åtkomst för båda. Stig bara på släden och gå.

Adorable cabin in a great location!

This place was adorable, super clean and in a great, quiet location. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay and were able to cook most meals during our time there. The location was beautiful - we walked our two dogs every morning to the water (5 min walk) and enjoyed the views of Moosehead Lake and the mountains. The cabin is located about 30 min from Greenville which had lots of options for shopping/dining/hiking etc though there was also plenty of local hiking nearby. We loved staying here, the hosts (especially Jill!) were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We love coming up to this camp! It’s a great location and the owners do an great job!

We have had 2 great experiences renting here and we recommend this camp to all our friends. It’s an easy walk to the dock to catch the ferry over to Kineo . We love watching the sunrise come up over the mountains and the area is beautiful with lots of great things to do!

Great Cabin in a Great Location with Great Host!

It’s apparent the host takes pride in their property and the cabin is kept exceptionally clean with everything you’ll need for a problem free stay. It’s a quaint small town with friendly people and the boat ramp is just a minute or two away.

Wonderful Cabin

great area & nice cabin

Cabin was very nice and clean, property owner was great to work with and responded very quickly. We loved the area and had a great time. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because looking at the photos you'd think it was a remote cabin away from everything, but it's actually right in "downtown" Rockwood. Not a big deal, just used to being a little further away from people when I travel up to that region.

Wonderful!

This cabin was clean, beautifully renovated, and comfortable for our weekend away at Moosehead! The boat launch was a quick walk. Del was very responsive to our messages if we had any questions. There were plenty of extra linens and pillows. The beds were very comfortable and there was a tv in every room! Our dogs were very comfortable also! We will definitely be returning !! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay year round!

Perfect place to get away for the weekend! Tucked away in a nice area near the Kineo dock. All the necessities are right down the road, with more in Greenville or Jackman not far away. Great place to stay any time of year!

Great stay

We all enjoyed our stay. Great location and accurate listing description. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. Roomy enough for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook most of our meals during our stay.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed having the location close to the Rockwood boat landing. It made it very convenient to catch the shuttle to Mt. Kineo. The cabin was appropriately appointed for our needs. It hit the spot for what we were looking for.

Perfection!

I didn’t even know what a great spot I was booking when we booked it but it was an 8 minute walk to the ferry, there is a little beach at the end of the road, and the atmosphere is so relaxed and beautiful! The house itself was impeccably clean, the beds so comfortable, and a great shower! What a wonderful find! We will be back! Thank you!

Amazing time!

The cabin was excellent,The area is within walking distance to the beach and to the main island ferry. The cabin had everything we needed , the firewood was well dry and seasoned . My husband and I and our dog had an amazing time and there was plenty of extra space in the cabin cabin and it easily will accommodate 4 to 5 adults. Highly recommed!!

Perfect for us!

The location and space were perfect for our adult weekend away which included golf on Kineo and a side by side ride. The grill and outdoor fire pit were an excellent way to spend the evening relaxing after our daily adventures. Del was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions about the rental and area. We cannot wait to go back for ice fishing this winter!
