“Selected this property because of its overall favorable rating. You see reviews where the conditions or situations seem beyond belief or exaggerated for effect, this was not our experience. Initially our room seemed fine, ac was on but bathroom was hot. (Note we were on the top floor, outside temp of 100 degrees heat index of 108) We were pressed for time as we had a business meeting to attend not giving the situation further consideration.
