Property is clean, staff welcoming. Lower rating is required due to corporate policy of having one employee staffing a multi unit facility during evening hours. We experienced electrical issue. Only desk clerk could respond, in the morning, so we figured it out. Smaller items such as remotes not operating televisions not major inconvenience, but it’s a Hilton property. Corporations need to understand they are in service business. Drop the “we’ll leave the light on for ya” schtick, or charge accordingly.
