“Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy.”

“Terrible check in experience. No one available for questions, etc. I was handed a key and told "your room is up the stairs on the left" IN A HURRY to leave and lock up!!! No one in attendance every time I went downstairs. Never got the wifi password. Won't be returning and I stay in Rockport very frequently. Thought I would give this a try. I actually grew up in a boutique Hotel that my parents owned in the town of Rockport and this is no way to treat a guest especially on the first visit. It...

“the house was well kept”

“A beautiful Victorian house converted to rooms. Staying there is like being at home. Grounds are very well kept and house is immaculate. No elevator, so you may have to take stairs.”

“The room rate was affordable so you get what you pay for. The rooms are dated and in need of a complete refurbishing. The room had a musty odor as soon as you walked in. There is ample parking and All the rooms face a parking lot so there are no views at all. It is a good 20 minute walk to town and not all of the streets have sidewalks.”

“It overlooked the water and grounds well groomed and charm of the retro/traditional historical Inn was very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and fun. We had a take out dinner and rather than go to our room to eat they turned on the lights in bar/fix easy dining area and we enjoyed our dinner and viewing the ocean. Also, appreciated outdoor games such as corn hole, horse shoes and many other family games offered in library. Nice touches throughout stay.”
