“The room was clean, but small. The shower was super tiny, but I knew this was an old building, so I didn't expect huge open spaces. The decor was cute, and the breakfast options were good. There was an issue with the electricity in my room the first night. Only 2 outlets worked, the one in the bathroom, and the one that the air conditioner was plugged into. It wasn't a huge deal. “This is truly a very lovely and special inn. Everything was clean and well kept, lawn and lawn games looked inviting, the shared reading spaces were peaceful. We just should’ve done our research beforehand, because we didn’t realize the restaurant was closed two of the three nights we were there. But we’re so happy we discovered this wonderful place!”

“Lovely room in a historic house downtown Rockport. Close to the headlands, shops, restaurants, beaches, and theater. Friendly professional staff, clean rooms beautifully decorated, quiet & relaxing. On site parking made the visit completely stress free. Will be back soon !”

“Property does not have the name of the property listed anywhere on the building or in the parking lot. Neither of the two TVs in our room ever worked we called maintenance several times waited up till well past 10 and still nothing so we were never able to enjoy our room watch a movie or relaxed together wasn't even two chairs sit on the balcony listed on the reservation poorly kept up property poorly cleaned very outdated do not recommend other others”

I booked it last-last-minute- so I missed the emails to allow me to register and receive easy instructions for entering the house without staff inside. “It overlooked the water and grounds well groomed and charm of the retro/traditional historical Inn was very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and fun. We had a take out dinner and rather than go to our room to eat they turned on the lights in bar/fix easy dining area and we enjoyed our dinner and viewing the ocean. Also, appreciated outdoor games such as corn hole, horse shoes and many other family games offered in library. Nice touches throughout stay.”
