My one complain was the overall design of the building. First, like us, everyone had to drive around both sides of the building to find the office which is in the back. Signage would have been nice. âWe arrived late at night and the staff were so very friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue in our room and the staff responded immediately and so graciously to resolve it. We have stayed here before and have always enjoyed our stay. â
âVery dirty place. It looks ok but was filthy. We got to choose from two rooms, and at first glance it looked ok. Very dirty floors, hairs from previous guests shaving around faucet, dirty shower curtain, my child itched all night and I hope it was not bed bugs- we slept with the light on rest of the stay⊠Dirty kitchen table and fridge, steep stairs and no elevator. Insects stuck in bathroom ceiling, very loud AC, lots of trash outside the door, the office was in such a mess etc.â
âStayed here for two nights while spending a weekend at the casino. Itâs close to Mohegan Sun, only about 12 minutes away and saved me a lot of money. 24 hour mini mart next door too. The husband and wife (owners?) were really kind and friendly. It was quiet, the room was clean, fridge and microwave. It was a great deal and I would definitely stay here again next time I go to the casino overnight rather than pay full weekend rate at the casino which is like $500-600 a night. â
