“The room was clean although the tub could’ve been more clean but the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was amazing.”

“The day mgr HARRY IS A NASTY MAN ! He said my son didn’t check in ( he was staying there for two weeks already ) He threw him out kept my money …. Had my sister rebook his room and pay again . Will not recommend anyone to stay at your place or use Expedia for bookings .”

“I had to be moved three times due to pest & dirty linen issues. The pool is closed & has been closed for quite some time. The elevator has been broken for months. The floors are dusty & dirty. Do not stay here!”

“I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.”

I couldn't sleep in my bed because the broken bed frame was repaired by someone who never did carpentry ever before... There was three 2x4s in the center of the bed, causing the mattress to have a high...

“We had a great time at the hotel. It is always beautifully maintained. We had a large group of people and due to the weather wound up hanging in the hotel. Eric was on duty that night and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He was amazing and made our time even more enjoyable!”
